Driving Innovation with Strategy and Structure
The Innovation Manager plays a strategic role in fostering a culture of innovation within organizations, identifying opportunities, and transforming ideas into impactful solutions. Certified according to UNI 11814 and aligned with the principles of the upcoming ISO 56001 standard, this professional guides the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of structured innovation management systems. By integrating innovation into business strategy, the Innovation Manager helps organizations enhance competitiveness, sustainability, and long-term value creation.

Scenario: An industrial SME wants to invest in automation, AI, and data-driven manufacturing to increase productivity and prepare for Industry 5.0, which also includes human-centric and sustainable aspects.
My Role: Guide the creation of an innovation roadmap aligned with Transition 4.0 and 5.0 incentives
Help the company benefit from tax credits (Credito d’Imposta) for R&D, training, and capital investments in innovative technologies
Build documentation and procedures to demonstrate the strategic and structured nature of innovation, in compliance with ISO 56002/56001
Enable future access to European projects (e.g. Horizon Europe, Interreg, LIFE) thanks to a robust innovation framework.
Scenario: A manufacturing company is looking to align its operations with green economy objectives and reduce its environmental footprint.
My Role: I assist in developing a structured innovation management system compliant with ISO 56001 to embed sustainability in strategy and R&D. This enables access to:
PNRR (Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza) funding lines for ecological transition
Regional calls (e.g. Regione Puglia or Emilia-Romagna) supporting ESG integration, LCA analysis, and green innovation
Energy and environmental tax incentives, by linking innovation efforts with energy efficiency or circular economy targets.
