Privacy notice
This notice explains how personal data is handled when you visit madaroglobal.com, email Madaro Global or use MGbot. The assistant has a separate notice.
1. Controller and contact
Eng. Francesco Madaro, Madaro Global, VAT no. 05321890757, Lecce, Italy. Privacy requests: info@madaroglobal.com or certified email fmadaro@pec.it.
2. Website visits
The hosting server may process your IP address, date and time, requested page, browser technical data and security logs to serve pages, protect the service and diagnose problems. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). A connection is necessary to visit the site. Hosting providers may access technical data to deliver the service under their applicable agreements.
3. Email enquiries
If you email us, we process the details you provide to reply and, where requested, consider an engagement. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) or the legitimate interest in handling a non-contractual enquiry. Please arrange an appropriate channel before sending confidential technical documents.
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional organization and message to respond to your request. It is sent through our website hosting to info@madaroglobal.com. Please do not include sensitive information. The checkbox confirms you have read this notice; it does not authorize marketing. Technical anti-spam measures may temporarily process your IP address.
4. MGbot
The optional chat sends your question to app.madaroglobal.com and then to the OpenAI API to generate a reply. Do not enter personal or confidential information. The proposed legal basis for sending a question is your affirmative consent before use (Article 6(1)(a)). Details are in the MGbot notice.
5. Retention and transfers
Email enquiries are kept as needed to reply and, if an engagement follows, to meet applicable administrative and legal obligations. Hosting log periods depend on the final server configuration and must be checked before public launch. The OpenAI API may involve retention and international transfers described in the MGbot notice; the processing agreement and account settings must be verified before launch.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact the controller using the details above. You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority.
7. Cookies
See the cookie notice. The current static code has no analytics or advertising tools; final server settings need checking at activation.
